Soap Slime recipe and video

Hi Kin Community viewers and Soapyfans!  Today's video features a really fun project for Soap Slime!  This would be great to make with kids since it's so simple, and adding the colorant is the best part!  Here's the video and below you will find the supply list.

Supplies and directions:
3/4 cup water
1 packet powdered gelatin
1/2 cup of clear liquid soap
Green soap colorant or liquid food coloring, or blue plus yellow
Fragrance oil of your choice
Plastic bail jars or any plastic jar/container
Rubber / plastic eyeballs, bugs,  or other creepy objects (optional)

Place the gelatin powder in a bowl. Meanwhile, bring the water to a boil. Stir water into gelatin until powder is dissolved. Stir in liquid soap.

Add colorant. Now add a few drops of fragrance oil.
Put creepy objects into cups or jar and pour in soap (it is lukewarm at this point).
Put soap into fridge for several hours or overnight.

Voila!  For more of my tutorial videos on Kin Community, click here.  Or go to Soapylove.com to see more of what I've been cooking up!  :)

Love it! Curious to know how long these may last out of the refrigerator. Can they sit in the bathroom for a few weeks and remain safe to use? Have a birthday party coming up for a nephew and would love to make these for the treat bags.

Hi Jen! Surprisingly, they do stay gelled at room temperature, and I never had a problem with it spoiling or getting funky. I think it would make a great party favor!
